Driver Compensation
Longhorn takes 12% of the line haul, with the owner-operator receiving 100% of the fuel
surcharge if there is one. If a driver pulls one of Longhorn’s trailers, we take an additional
10% of the line haul.
Minimum Requirements

Must be 25 years old, with a valid CDL

Have at least 1 year of experience

Have an acceptable MVR

Must be able to meet the current FMCSA medical qualifications
